By accessing and using the services provided by Bearded Branding ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client," "customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

All services are provided as professional consulting and creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be detailed in individual project agreements or proposals.
As our client, you agree to:
5.1 Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion.
5.2 Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Hungarian law, whichever is lower.
5.4 Refunds: Refund policies will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5.5 Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Hungarian VAT may apply where required by law.
6.1 Ownership Transfer: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final approved creative work specifically created for them.
6.2 Pre-existing Materials: Bearded Branding retains rights to pre-existing materials, methodologies, and general knowledge used in projects.
6.3 Portfolio Rights: Bearded Branding reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless specifically agreed otherwise.
6.4 Third-Party Materials: If third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are used, appropriate licensing agreements apply.
6.5 Modifications: Clients may not alter delivered work without permission, as this could damage the integrity of the design and Bearded Branding's reputation.
7.1 Project Scope: All projects begin with a detailed brief and proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs.
7.2 Revisions: A reasonable number of revisions are included in project pricing. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7.3 Approval Process: Clients must provide written approval at key project milestones. Delays in approval may affect project timelines.
7.4 Communication: Primary communication will be via email, video calls, or agreed project management platforms.
7.5 File Delivery: Final files will be delivered in agreed formats via secure digital transfer.
8.1 Service Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
8.2 Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8.3 Third-Party Claims: We are not responsible for claims arising from client's use of delivered materials that infringes third-party rights.
8.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Note: This limitation of liability clause is subject to Hungarian consumer protection laws and EU regulations, which may provide additional protections that cannot be waived.
9.1 Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of contract conclusion, except for customized services where work has commenced with consumer consent.
9.2 Digital Services: For digital services, the withdrawal period may be waived if performance begins with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right.
9.3 Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for resolving disputes.
9.4 Consumer Protection: These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws.
10.1 GDPR Compliance: We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws.

11.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate services with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed to the termination date.
11.2 Termination by Bearded Branding: We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or other reasonable cause with appropriate notice.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, each party's obligations cease except for payment obligations and intellectual property rights.
12.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by Hungarian law and applicable EU regulations.
12.2 Jurisdiction: Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12.3 Consumer Rights: EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence as provided by EU law.
13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with individual project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
13.2 Modifications: Terms may be modified with reasonable notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13.3 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13.4 Language: These Terms are provided in English. In case of conflict with translations, the English version prevails.
